Return Policy:
We honor the return of any garment or accessory, as long as the return is made within 15 days of receipt, and the item has not been worn, washed, altered, embroidered , or screen printed. The returnee is responsible for the return freight charges, and there will be a 20% restocking fee accessed, unless the reason of the return is due to an error caused by Imagewear International.

No return will be credited unless an Imagewear representative has issued you an approved Return Authorization number. Please include with your return any original paperwork that accompanied the order.

Samples:
We understand that in many circumstances samples are a necessity. Samples of most items can be sent to you, and will be initially invoiced just like any other order. As long as they are returned within 15 days of receipt, the invoice will be credited in full, otherwise, payment is due according to your standard payment terms.

Net 15 (upon credit approval)
Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express)

Shipping Charges:
Based upon published UPS or Federal Express rates, including packaging and labeling.
